The Consulting Service Unit offers a wide variety of consulting for government, institutions, corporate bodies and professional services, to help industry-leading service and support operations enhance operational efficiency and drive world-class levels of performance, while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The unit provides a combination of research expertise, strategic thinking and specialist knowledge gained and developed over many years, and assists in all areas of governing, developing, running and growing an organisation or institution.

Training and Professional Development Programs
Training and Professional Development Programs draws on the association's range of services to give organisations access to skills, expertise and equipment not available in-house, along with new perspectives on business challenges, a greater understanding of advances in research, and relationship-building and networking opportunities.
Expertise is supported by a business-focused team that matches your needs to the association's academics, manages contracts and advises on funding opportunities. The programme works with businesses of all sizes, charities and public sector organizations on a consultancy basis, translating knowledge into new commercial products, innovative services and ways of working.
The team has access to over 1,000 research scholars across five continents, and can mobilize experts from across the physical, life, engineering, technology, medical and social sciences as well as the humanities, handling the contractual, financial and administrative aspects of an engagement.
