Membership
The committee consists of a chair appointed by the Board and approved by the General Assembly, and individual members appointed by the Board following discussion with the chair. The chair may invite officers or others to attend all or part of a meeting to assist with a particular matter.
Membership is determined by the Board on the chair's recommendation, taking account of the balance of skills and expertise necessary to deliver the committee's remit. Members hold office for three years, renewable for a further three, during which a member may resign or be replaced by the Governing Council.
