Our mission
The International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators (IARSA), Delaware, United States is an international research society, strives to facilitate knowledge sharing, foster collaboration, and promote excellence in research practices worldwide. We are committed to advance knowledge about education, provide researchers with the tools, resources, and support they need to conduct high-quality research that contributes meaningfully to their fields and society as a whole. Through our rigorous research and innovative thinking, we aim to unlock new potentials that shape the future, foster sustainable development, and cultivate knowledge for the betterment of society.

The International Association of Research Scholars & Administrators (IARSA), Delaware, United States strives to be a global leader where research is conducted honorably, patently, and collaboratively to drive positive change and innovation in diverse areas of study through a thriving international network of passionate, purpose-driven and progressive leadership.

The Association believes in the right of individuals to express ideas, ask questions, and pursue research that reflects their own priorities, particularly when such ideas are underrepresented, unpopular, or critical unhindered by political interference, personal attacks, or harassment.

Aims and objectives
- To play influential role in global promotion of research activities in diversified wider areas of studies
- To conduct significant number of research projects each year mainly addressed to academic, global and contemporary issues at both national and international levels
- To support the research projects as well as independent researchers by providing the global data and expertise
- To provide Professional Development Programs (PDP) to individuals, institutions and organizations alike; helping to update members knowledge and competencies, enhance their career development, and ensure that their expertise remains competitive in the future
- To publish an annual volume on International Education and Research Journal that aims to feature studies that are proportional, international and global in significance across a breadth of topics related to education and learning
- To provide a range of training programs and courses for education and training in research
- To provide cross-disciplinary forums wherein scholars and educators gather to exchange and debate ideas generated from academic viewpoints, global and contemporary issues
- To disseminate of information via newsletters and other publications about the latest developments in educational research
- To encourage, organize, and promote international research activities
- To promote the exchange of information, knowledge and materials about all relevant issues concerning education, in multicultural societies amongst researchers, teachers, teacher trainers, and other professionals working in curriculum development, research and educational policy
- To contribute to the development and implementation of research and issues of education in multicultural societies
- To tender open forums and communities for exchange of information about research thoughts, plans, resources, projects, studies and results
