Field Service Management

Work performed at the client's own location rather than at the association's premises, including fielding surveys and building respondent panels.

FSM

Field service, also known as Field Service Management, refers to any work or service performed at a customer's location rather than at a company's premises or office. The association can dispatch technicians, inspectors or other personnel to the customer's site to perform tasks such as installations, repairs, maintenance, inspections or sales.

It can also arrange for your survey to be fielded either over the internet, via emailed invitations, or by telephone. If your organization needs a consistent respondent group for multiple studies, the association can assist you in developing a specialized panel for that purpose.

The association's field service management encompasses the processes and technologies it uses to coordinate mobile workforces delivering services at customer locations. It offers resources, market data and benchmarking specifically for service, mobile workforce and FSM professionals.
