- License Agreement (2026)
- The Master Intercompany Intellectual Property License Agreement of 11 August 2026, under which the three separately incorporated bodies operate as one association. IARSA Nigeria owns the association's name, marks, curricula and certification systems, and licenses them to the United States and Ghana bodies within their own territories, each of which remains independently governed and independently liable.
